– NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
4. Order Tracking
– If you have already registered on easwe.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account.
– If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.
5. Order Cancellation
– If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund.
– Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

1. We have local warehouses on both the East and West Coasts of the United States. After an order is placed, our warehouse system automatically selects the nearest warehouse based on the customer’s address for shipment.

7. Remote Area Notice
– Orders shipped to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii and other rural or island regions may require longer delivery times and additional shipping fees. After placing an order, our customer service team will contact you to confirm and arrange the payment of the extra remote area surcharge. Please note that this surcharge is not collected by EASWE, but by the shipping carrier, and the specific fee varies depending on the destination.
– Orders to remote areas will be processed and shipped only after the remote area fee has been paid. If you are unable to accept the additional charge, you can request a full refund.
