Do I need to assemble the electric wheelchair after receiving it?
The electric wheelchair is 95% pre-assembled at the factory. After receiving it, you only need to install the battery and controller, which is very easy to do.
Do you provide an installation video or manual?
Yes, a manual is included in the packaging, and we also provide a more detailed installation video.
How do I charge the wheelchair, and how long does it take to fully charge?
Our electric wheelchair has two charging methods: you can charge through the port under the controller or charge the battery directly. Normally, it takes 5-6 hours to fully charge.
What safety precautions should I be aware of when using the electric wheelchair?
When going up or down hills or using the wheelchair on uneven surfaces, please slow down and be cautious.
Is the electric wheelchair suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired people to operate independently?

What is the range of the electric wheelchair?
The range can be affected by various factors such as weight, temperature, and road conditions. Generally, a wheelchair with a 12AH lithium battery can travel up to 15 mi under ideal conditions.
Can the seatback angle be adjusted?
Our B10 electric wheelchair supports seatback angle adjustment, but the A10 model does not.
Are these electric wheelchairs suitable for outdoor or indoor use?
Our electric wheelchairs have honeycomb tires on both the front and rear wheels, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Can it be used on uneven surfaces (such as grass or gravel roads)?
Yes, but please slow down and be cautious.

Warranty
1. All Easwe Electric Wheelchairs & Mobility Scooters come with a 5-year warranty for the frame against manufacturing defects. Other components, such as motors and batteries, are covered under separate warranty periods based on their specific categories.
2. The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.

My wife sits in the B10 most of the day and found removing the battery for charging inconvenient. I contacted Easwe and they told me that there is a light on the joystick, and I can directly remove the light to get the charging port. The design is very considerate; Moreover, the lamp cover can also play a protective role when not charging.

As someone who can only use their left hand, I’m happy the joystick can be easily moved to the left side. I usually keep it on speed 1 or 2 indoors for better control in small spaces. Speed 5 is good for straight paths, but not ideal for turning. The instructions and joystick card were pretty clear, I think many issues just come from misuse.
