Do I need to assemble the L10 after receiving it?
L10 is 95% pre-assembled at the factory. After receiving it, you only need to install the battery and controller, which is very easy to do.
Do you provide an installation video or manual?
Yes, a manual is included in the packaging, and we also provide a more detailed installation video.
How do I charge the L10, and how long does it take to fully charge?
L10 has two charging methods: you can charge through the port under the controller or charge the battery directly. Normally, it takes 5-6 hours to fully charge.
What safety precautions should I be aware of when using the L10?
When going up or down hills or using the L10 on uneven surfaces, please slow down and be cautious.
Is the L10 suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired people to operate independently?

Warranty
1. All Easwe Electric Wheelchairs & Mobility Scooters come with a 5-year warranty for the frame against manufacturing defects. Other components, such as motors and batteries, are covered under separate warranty periods based on their specific categories.
2. The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.

I’ve been using the L10 for a few weeks now after my knee surgery, and wow—what a difference! The seat height adjustment is so smooth. I can raise it to reach stuff on the counter. The upgraded backrest with the headrest is SO comfortable. I feel totally supported, even on longer sits. The power is awesome—handles slopes like a champ and the waterproof feature is also reassuring. . My only small complaint is that the battery takes a bit longer to charge than I expected. But it does last all day. Really glad I bought it!

It’s expected to be released around October, though the price will be higher.
