What are the contest rules?
1. Eligibility
- The contest is open to participants in the United States only, Visitors from other countries cannot enter the contest at this time.
- Participants must publish a post or video on social media platforms during the contest period.
2. How to Participate
- Posting Requirements: Participants must publish a post or video on one of the following platforms: Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube. The content should explain why they need the electric wheelchair (e.g., health condition, daily needs, etc.) and include the hashtag #EASWEFREEWheelchair.
- Registration: After publishing the post or video, participants must Register on the EASWE contest page by submitting the link to their post/video and their email address for the draw.
- Review Process: To qualify for the draw, the post or video must receive at least 10 likes. We will review all submissions between April 25 and April 28 to verify if they meet this requirement. Posts or videos with fewer than 10 likes will not be eligible for the draw.
3. Selection Rules
- Only participants who pass the review process will be eligible for the draw. One lucky winner will be randomly selected through a third-party draw platform.
- The draw process will be livestreamed on YouTube, and a recording will be available for replay to ensure fairness and transparency.
4. Winner’s Obligations
- The winner must publish a video within 15 days of receiving the electric wheelchair. The video must include the following: Unboxing process & Personal experience using the wheelchair.
- The video must be published on one of the following platforms: Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube. The winner must tag @EASWE and use the hashtag #EASWEFREEWheelchair.
5. Consequences of Failing to Fulfill Obligations
- To protect the rights of all participants, if the winner fails to publish the required video within 15 days of receiving the wheelchair and does not contact us to explain the reason in advance, the following actions will be taken: The winner will be disqualified from participating in all future EASWE events. The free spare battery will not be provided. All after-sales services (including warranty and maintenance) for the wheelchair will be canceled.
- Special Note: The winner must sign an agreement before receiving the prize, clearly acknowledging and agreeing to the above terms.

Winners will have their electric wheelchairs shipped within 15 working days after confirming the delivery address. Delivery times depend on the specific address, but typically it takes 3-7 days to reach most areas in the United States.
What do winner need to do after receiving the wheelchair?
Winners must complete the following tasks within 15 days of receiving the electric wheelchair:
Post an unboxing video showcasing the wheelchair’s appearance, features, and your first impressions. Also, share your experience and feelings about using it in daily life. Post this video on social media (Facebook/TikTok/YouTube) using the event hashtag #EASWEFREEWheelchair.
After posting the video, we will gift an additional spare battery to help extend the wheelchair’s usage time!
What happens if the winner does not post a video after receiving the wheelchair?
If the winner does not post a video within 15 days, we will take the following measures: terminate after-sales services for the wheelchair (including maintenance, warranty, etc.), and cancel the spare battery reward.
We hope this rule ensures the transparency of the event and allows more people to see real user experiences.
How is winner selected?
We will put all participants’ email & full-name registration information into a prize pool and randomly select one lucky winner. The winner’s name will be announced on social media and the official website.
Is the event open to users outside the United States?
Due to logistics limitations, this event is only open to users within the United States.
Can I sign up for a friend or family member?
